• Proficient in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent telephone etiquette.
• Prior experience in a call center customer service role is required.
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle queries and complaints effectively.
• Familiarity with data entry procedures, ensuring accuracy and speed.
• Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation and formula application.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, capable of creating and formatting documents.
• Experience in order entry, with a focus on accuracy and speed.
