Responsibilities:
• Handling inbound and outbound calls, providing timely and efficient responses to customer inquiries
• Make 200 calls a day
• Data Entry
• Utilizing CRM and other customer service software to track customer interactions and resolutions
• Performing accurate data entry tasks related to customer information and call details
• Utilizing ADP - Financial Services and Avaya CMS systems to manage customer accounts
• Carrying out about time, answer, and benefit functions as required
• Ensuring detail oriented phone etiquette is maintained at all times
• Assisting customers with their queries and providing suitable solutions
• Making necessary customer calls as part of the daily routine
• Managing customer accounts and taking appropriate actions when necessary
• Leveraging computer programs to optimize work efficiency.
• Experience with Avaya CMS
