We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Credit Analyst in the Food & Food Processing industry. Located in Parsippany, New Jersey, this role involves the use of strong Excel skills and the processing of Accounts Receivable (AR) projects.

Responsibilities:
• Analyze and process credit applications from customers with precision and speed
• Use Excel Formulas to manage and maintain accurate records of customer credit
• Monitor customer accounts regularly and initiate appropriate action when necessary
• Assist with AR projects as required
• Address and resolve customer inquiries related to their credit applications and accounts
• Ensure all customer records are updated and accurate
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and efficient customer service.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Proven experience as a Credit Analyst in the Food & Food Processing industry
• Proficient in Excel Formulas
• Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Strong analytical skills to assess creditworthiness
• Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate credit decisions
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with financial software programs
• Solid understanding of lending procedures and laws
• High level of integrity and trustworthiness
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and resilience in challenging situations.
