a. This role is within the sales industry and primarily involves the planning, execution, and evaluation of training sessions for sales professionals. The position will require collaboration with various teams to ensure the smooth operation and success of sales enablement programs.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Program Managers on session planning, including confirming instructors, scheduling sessions, and managing logistics for live or virtual meetings.
• Assist with the creation and modification of workshop content in coordination with Program Managers, Subject Matter Experts, and Instructional Designers.
• Manage the enrollment process, including launching registrations for sessions, adding participants to rosters, and managing waitlists.
• Respond to email or Slack communications regarding program logistics and provide pre-class support for questions about preparation and pre-work.
• Record attendance, distribute materials, and assist attendees onsite or virtually during sessions.
• Monitor program effectiveness through post-class surveys, summarizing results, and managing follow-up communications.
• Ensure completion records are accurate post-event and manage any necessary billing reconciliation from vendors.
• Recommend and implement changes to improve attendee registration and classroom experience.
• Coordinate with the Instructional Design team to ensure course offerings are accurately represented and updated as needed.
• Handle the ordering, scheduling, and shipping of materials, and confirm staffing for sessions
