We are in search of a Marketing Assistant to join our team in the legal industry located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. This role involves a range of tasks including planning and executing marketing initiatives, coordinating marketing and community events, and conducting market research to identify trends.
Responsibilities:
• Implement marketing programs such as email, event, social media, or content marketing in support of the marketing department's initiatives.
• Independently manage marketing and community events, which includes logistics, registrations, vendor coordination, itinerary creation, and marketing collateral orders.
• Coordinate email marketing campaigns for products, events, or content, taking care of copy, scheduling, testing, and database management.
• Craft, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels to ensure voice consistency.
• Assist in the development and management of content and social media marketing programs, including blogs and public relations efforts.
• Continually evaluate and monitor campaign performance by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports.
• Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure timely execution of high-quality marketing programs, and maintain competitiveness.
• Conduct market research to identify trends in the market.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role within the legal industry
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign
• Experience with CRM platforms is essential
• Ability to analyze data and generate reports using Facebook Insights
• Proven track record in creating effective advertisements
• Experience in blogging and content creation to increase brand awareness
• Familiarity with budget processes and financial planning
• Demonstrated experience in campaign planning and execution
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred.
