Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting job vacancies to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
• Implement and manage the onboarding process for new employees to ensure they are properly integrated into the company.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Handle employee relations, providing a reliable point of contact for all staff and fostering a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies, acting as a source of guidance and expertise for other team members.
• Utilize the ADP Workforce Now and Kronos Timekeeping System to manage payroll and employee schedules.
• Oversee the administration of benefit functions, ensuring employees are informed and satisfied with their benefits.
• Manage and resolve employee inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
• Implement safety protocols in line with OSHA guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular performance management reviews, providing constructive feedback and implementing performance improvement plans where necessary.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in ADP
• Knowledge of ATS
• Ability to handle all Benefit Functions
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong understanding of Compliance laws and regulations
• Experience in managing Employee Relations
• Proficiency in Hiring Processes
• Experience in Full Cycle Recruiting
• Expertise in Onboarding new hires
• Familiarity with OSHA Safety regulations

• Experience in Employee Performance Management
