The Employment Counsel will handle:
- Pre-litigation employment matters (most settle)
- Advice and counseling internally for employees across the globe
- Administrative claims, EEOC, wage claims, audit wage claims, nationwide claims
- Labor commission audits: benefits, sick time, labor work
- Support compliance program to update employment policies, support labor commission audits
- Work with unions
Location: near Camarillo
Hybrid 5 days/onsite in office
