We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in Orlando, Florida, for a Front Desk Coordinator. This role is integral to our operations, with the primary function being the efficient management of our front desk and facility services. The industry we operate in requires a keen focus on organization and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently manage front desk operations
• Handle incoming phone calls professionally and courteously
• Coordinate meetings and events, ensuring smooth execution
• Maintain an organized work environment by managing space effectively
• Oversee facility services coordination to maintain a conducive work environment
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent educational certification.
• Proven experience in a similar role such as Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar.
• Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer, etc.)
• Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping.
• Proficient in English (oral and written).
• Excellent knowledge of Office Suite (especially Excel and Word).
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Customer service orientation.
