Responsibilities:
• Oversee the accurate and efficient processing of account coding.
• Manage and maintain the company's financial services with ADP.
• Ensure the smooth operation of accounting software systems.
• Handle the company's Concur processes.
• Oversee the data processing functions within the finance department.
• Ensure the efficient execution of accounting functions.
• Manage accounts payable (AP) processes and procedures.
• Oversee accrual accounting tasks.
• Conduct auditing processes as required.
• Manage Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions.
• Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is essential
• Skill in using Concur software for expense management
• Proficient in Data Processing for financial records
• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions
• Prior experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP)
• Knowledge of Accrual Accounting methods
• Strong auditing skills, with the ability to identify errors and discrepancies
• Familiarity with Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions
