We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a D365 Project Manager Lead in the service industry based in Omaha, Nebraska. This role will allow you to leverage your expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and the Microsoft Power Platform. You will lead and drive technical projects from the initial stages to completion while ensuring adherence to SDLC standards and contributing to process improvements.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the technical delivery of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Microsoft Power Platform projects
• Participate in all project phases, from discovery and requirements gathering to testing, training, and live support
• Maintain and upgrade Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and implement platform updates
• Develop strong relationships with teammates, stakeholders, and executives, and communicate effectively with them
• Monitor and implement updates for Dynamics 365 and related Microsoft platforms, ensuring compliance with SDLC standards
• Write comprehensive functional design specifications
• Evaluate finance processes and recommend improvements
• Interact effectively with teammates, stakeholders, and executives
• Oversee end-to-end deployment pipelines from sandbox to production
• Perform additional tasks, duties, and responsibilities as needed to support departmental and organizational objectives.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience as a D365 Project Manager Lead in the Service industry.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Atlassian Jira.
• Solid understanding and experience with Cisco Technologies.
• Extensive knowledge and practical experience in Cloud Technologies.
• Proven ability in CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
• Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning.
• Familiarity with About Time project management software.
• Experience in conducting AB Testing.
• Excellent command of Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Proven experience in Budget Processes.
• Strong skills in Change Management.
