We are seeking an Attorney/Lawyer to join our team based in Omaha, Nebraska. In this role, you will provide comprehensive legal advice and representation in the field of estate planning. You will be instrumental in drafting legal documents, managing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with estate and gift tax laws.

Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive counsel to clients, encompassing all aspects of estate planning.
• Draft legal documents such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
• Collaborate with clients' financial and tax advisors to develop comprehensive estate plans that align with their personal, financial, and tax objectives.
• Manage and represent clients throughout probate court proceedings and other related legal matters.
• Assist clients in navigating through all stages of the planning process and probate proceedings.
• Ensure clients are in compliance with all applicable estate and gift tax laws/regulations.
• Develop tax planning strategies to assist clients.
• Handle complex trust structures and provide fiduciary representation.
• Manage relationships with clients, particularly concerning complex estate planning and trust administration matters.

• Must have proficiency in Case Management Software
• Able to handle Document Management effectively
• Should have experience in Briefing and presenting cases
• Must have knowledge and experience in Civil Litigation
• Expertise in Estate Planning is required
• Familiarity with Billing Software for Attorneys is a must
• Must possess a valid Licensed Attorney certification
• Should have experience in drafting Wills
• Expertise in Trusts and Estates is necessary
