    We are on the hunt for a skilled Benefits Administrator to join our client's team in COLLIERVILLE, Tennessee. This role will involve providing top-notch administrative support, focusing on benefits management. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing employee benefits, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring all relevant HRIS data is up-to-date.


    Responsibilities:

    • Administer the orientation and enrollment of new hires in group benefits in collaboration with HR Leaders.

    • Collaborate with Payroll to guarantee accurate deductions after annual open enrollment and on an ongoing basis.

    • Utilize HRIS for the reconciliation and processing of all monthly benefits invoices, ensuring prompt payment.

    • Support open enrollment communications, HRIS changes including new carriers and rates, and carrier connections.

    • Serve as the point of contact for employees' benefits queries and issues.

    • Assist as necessary with life, disability, and FMLA claims.

    • Handle life events processing and maintain related documentation in HRIS.

    • Oversee the weekly 401(k) employee deferral changes in HRIS.

    • Organize and oversee employee engagement activities such as blood drives, annual flu shot clinic, annual food drive, and holiday luncheon.

    • Assist with special projects as needed, including research, comparison of findings, and recommendation of changes in company procedures.

    • Aid in the preparation of reports and audits, including annual retirement plan audits, EEOC reports, and worker's compensation audits.

    • Ensure all required annual notices are distributed to new hires and annually as necessary.

    • Update and post all company policies on the intranet regularly.

    • Generate monthly HR reports for various vendor uploads.

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role as a Benefits Administrator
    • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
    • Experience with ADP Workforce Now
    • Familiarity with Ceridian software
    • Proficiency in using CRM platforms
    • Experience with Dayforce software
    • Knowledge of 401k - RRSP Administration
