    Due to exciting growth, a well established oil and gas service company is adding a Payroll Administrator to their team. This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in managing and optimizing payroll processes for a growing workforce.     Responsibilities:
    - Oversee the bi-weekly payroll process for a approximately 300 employees using Paycom, ensuring payroll accuracy and timeliness.
    - Process standard payroll deductions and taxes, ensuring compliance with workers’ compensation requirements, federal tax regulations, and state tax regulations.
    - Serve as the main point of contact on payroll-related matters, including resolving discrepancies or employee inquiries.
    - Handle payroll reporting and maintain accurate records for audits and internal reviews.
    - Position expected to evolve into assisting with higher-level organizational functions.

    Qualifications:
    - 5+ years of payroll experience, with a strong understanding of payroll processes, federal/state tax guidelines, and workers’ compensation reporting.
    - Familiarity with Paycom is preferred, not required.

    • Proven experience with payroll for 101 - 500 employees.

    • Proficiency in using Paycom software.

    • Certified Detail Oriented (CPP) certification is preferred, not required.

    • Demonstrated ability to process bi-weekly payroll accurately and timely.

    • Familiarity with benefit functions and ability to manage them effectively.

    • Experience in handling payroll garnishments.

    • Knowledge and understanding of workers compensation.
