    We are seeking an experienced and friendly Bilingual Receptionist to be the face of the company, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience for all visitors and callers. This role is perfect for someone fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent customer service skills.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet visitors in a warm, professional manner and direct them to the appropriate departments.
    • Manage and route incoming calls, taking messages as needed for the team.
    • Maintain the reception area, ensuring a clean and organized space at all times.
    • Handle incoming mail, courier services, and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution.
    • Translate documents and communication as needed between English and Spanish.
    • Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling, filing, and data entry.
    • Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required.
    • 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (phones, printers, etc.).
    • High school diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus.
