    Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for supporting healthcare teams and ensuring smooth operations? Robert Half is seeking a Medical Office Administrator for one of our trusted healthcare clients. This is an excellent opportunity to bring your administrative skills into a rewarding environment dedicated to helping patients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage daily office operations, including patient scheduling, phone calls, and document processing.
    • Handle medical billing, coding coordination, and insurance verification tasks.
    • Maintain and update electronic medical record systems (e.g., Cerner, Epic), ensuring compliance with regulations.
    • Serve as the primary liaison between patients, providers, and insurance companies.
    • Support the office staff, ensure proper inventory of office supplies, and address facility needs.


    • Proven experience in medical office administration or related healthcare support role.
    • Strong proficiency with electronic medical record systems such as Cerner or Epic.
    • Familiarity with insurance verification processes and medical billing/coding regulations.
    • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

    Preferred Skills and Certifications:

    • Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Professional Biller (CPB).
    • Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) or Technician (RHIT).
    • Experience with Workday software.
