In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating work tasks within the department, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and staff, and handling a range of administrative duties.


    Responsibilities

    • Manage and filter daily communications with internal and external clients.

    • Maintain files, both physical and electronic, ensuring that client-related documents and correspondence are filed correctly.

    • Must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal administrative assistant role or similar position.

    • Proficiency in billing functions and calendar management is essential.

    • Experienced with iManage software.

    • Proficiency in proofreading legal documents is necessary.

    • Must have strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating presentations and reports.

    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Must be able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
