    We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Associate to join our growing team. In this position, you will play an active role in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, support the management of a broad library of marketing materials, participate in various initiatives to drive business growth and enhance both brand equity and awareness. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creative problem-solving.
    Key Responsibilities ·      Campaign Support: Assist in the creation, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, digital, and print. ·      Content Maintenance: Maintain and update client servicing presentations, business development marketing presentations, and fact sheets. ·      RFP Submissions: Coordinate and support the preparation of Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Information (RFI) submissions, including gathering necessary documentation, drafting proposals, and ensuring deadlines are met. ·      Brand Support: Manage continuity of branding and formatting across promotional material and website. ·      Content Creation: Develop and design content for emails, website pages, announcements, and advertisements.
    ·      Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Business or related field OR equivalent work experience. ·      1-2 years of marketing experience within financial services.  ·      Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Suite (Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator). ·      Strong editing and graphic design skills. ·      Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
