Responsibilities:
• Implement efficient workflows to manage multiple entities, aiming for streamlined processes across diverse operations.
• Administer property taxes and insurance-related activities, ensuring prompt payments and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Oversee all month-end reconciliations and year-end financial closings, ensuring precision and compliance with applicable standards.
• Supervise and mentor Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable staff to maintain accurate and efficient operations.
• Establish and maintain robust organizational systems to handle complex financial activities seamlessly.
• Coordinate banking operations, including account management and maintaining relationships with financial institutions.
• Manage cash flow and devise optimal cash management strategies across multiple entities and bank accounts.
• Collaborate with senior management to align financial operations with the organization’s objectives.
• Comprehensive understanding and experience with general Accounting Functions is necessary.
• Ability to manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) effectively.
• Previous experience in Auditing is needed for ensuring accurate financial records.
• Familiarity with Budget Processes is essential to manage property financials effectively.
• Proficiency in Yardi is necessary for managing property accounts.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for managing and analyzing financial data is required.
• Experience in Month End Close processes is necessary for timely financial reporting.
• Knowledge in CAM Reconciliation is required for managing common area maintenance costs effectively.
