We are in search of a PS Engineer to join our team in New York. This role is crucial in providing exceptional customer support and managing cloud configurations in a multi-cloud environment. The PS Engineer will also have the opportunity to apply their detail-oriented service expertise in a dynamic and challenging setting.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver top-notch customer support, addressing and resolving customer inquiries efficiently.
• Utilize technical knowledge to manage cloud configurations in a multi-cloud environment.
• Leverage detail-oriented service expertise to enhance the customer experience.
• Ensure all customer interactions and support services align with SME (Subject Matter Expert) standards.
• Continuously monitor and manage customer accounts to maintain high service standards.

• Proficiency in DevOps Engineering
• Expertise in Cloud Computing
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience in customer support roles
• Demonstrated knowledge as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
