    We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our team in New York. As a Compensation & Benefits Specialist, your role will involve managing employee benefits programs and improving operational effectiveness through process enhancements.

    Responsibilities:
    • Administer various employee benefits programs, including health, life, and AD& D, LTD, STD, leave programs, tuition reimbursement, among others.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as payroll, finance, HR operations, and external vendors to resolve any benefit-related issues.
    • Develop, document and enhance process flows and standard operating procedures for benefits administration and other HR processes.
    • Manage and ensure the accuracy and security of data reporting and file transfers for both internal use and external vendors.
    • Facilitate key benefits procedures such as onboarding, benefits enrollment, and employee support initiatives.
    • Identify and implement improvements related to manual tasks and system workflows to enhance operational effectiveness.
    • Provide coverage for HR Rewards Specialist during periods of absences, ensuring continuity of service.
    • Communicate any updates, process changes, and issues promptly to leadership and relevant stakeholders.
    • Support various HR initiatives, projects, and process enhancements contributing to the overall efficiency of the HR department.
    • Must have proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
    • Experience with ADP Workforce Now is required
    • Familiar with Ceridian software
    • Proficiency in using Cisco Webex Meetings for remote communication
    • Must have experience with CRM systems
    • Auditing skills are necessary for this role
    • Must have a deep understanding of Benefit Functions
    • Experience in Claim Administration is required
    • Knowledge of Cobra Administration is mandatory
    • Excellent Communication skills are required for this role
