Our client, a nationally renowned Plaintiffs' Personal Injury law firm, is seeking a dedicated Plaintiff's Personal Injury Associate Attorney with 3-10 years of relevant experience to join their dynamic and hardworking team. Position: Plaintiff's Personal Injury Associate Attorney
Location: New York, NY
Schedule: Hybrid - 3 days in-office, 2 days remote
Salary: $150,000 - $250,000 (commensurate with experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough legal research to build compelling case strategies.
- Draft and respond to motions.
- Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and trial briefs.
- Review and draft discovery responses.
- Attend court conferences and hearings (both virtual and in-person) as required, including delivering opening and closing statements.
- Collaborate with medical professionals, investigators, and other experts to strengthen case arguments and secure the best outcomes for clients.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of plaintiff’s personal injury experience
- Trial experience preferred but not required
- Active license to practice law in New York State.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent writing skills
