We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Airtable Analyst in the media industry, based in New York, New York. As an Airtable Analyst, you will be utilizing your skills in database management, EO/IR systems, Microsoft technologies, and data warehousing to efficiently process and maintain customer credit applications and records.

Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries and provide resolutions in a timely manner
• Utilize Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL for efficient data warehousing and backup
• Engage in AB Testing to ensure the effectiveness of our databases
• Maintain and update customer credit records consistently
• Use Airtable and Microsoft Excel for data management and processing
• Design and implement effective database systems for efficient customer management
• Document all processes in a clear and concise manner for future reference
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Airtable Analyst or in a similar role within the Media industry
• Proficiency in database management, specifically with Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL
• Proven experience with EO/IR systems
• Demonstrated skill in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel
• Working knowledge of Airtable and its functionalities
• Familiarity with AB Testing methodologies
• Experience with backup technologies and data warehousing
• Ability to design and document processes and procedures
• Competence in creating and maintaining Microsoft SQL databases
