A highly successful NYC Financial Services company is currently seeking an Accounting Manager to join their team. This is an amazing opportunity to grow your career with an industry-leading organization.
The Accounting Manager will be responsible for:
- Preparing financial statements and forecasting reports
- Supervising daily accounting operational functions
- Reviewing and preparing journal entries
- Assisting with cash flow forecasting and budgeting
- Overseeing quarterly and year-end closings
- Regularly providing updates to Controller
- Assisting with tax compliance and tax filing preparation
- Handling ad hoc duties as needed

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- CPA required
- Background in public and private accounting highly preferred
- 5+ years of experience, including previous leadership roles
- Strong technical skills
