This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity, where you will be primarily involved in maintaining customer relations, processing applications, and managing accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage customer accounts to ensure customer satisfaction
• Utilize CRM tools to track interactions and sales
• Handle accounting functions, including billing and budget processes
• Employ Accounting Software Systems for efficient account management
• Utilize ADP - Financial Services for financial management and reporting
• Engage in campaign planning to promote sales and customer engagement
• Leverage 3M tools for effective account management
• Use ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for efficient data transfer
• Employ 'About Time' software for effective time management
• Implement annual sales strategies for account growth
• Manage Accounting Functions and Billing Functions for seamless operations.

• Proven experience in account management within the Information Technology sector
• Proficiency in 3M technology
• Familiarity with accounting software systems
• Knowledge of ADP - Financial Services
• Understanding of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Experience with About Time software
• Ability to perform accounting functions effectively
• Experience handling billing functions
• Knowledge of budget processes
• Experience in campaign planning
• Demonstrated skills in account management
• Proven track record in achieving annual sales targets
