    We are recruiting an Executive Assistant to support our VP of Operations in the New Brunswick, New Jersey area. In this role, you will play a crucial part in coordinating operations and providing administrative support, ensuring the overall efficiency of the department.


    Responsibilities:

    • Efficiently manage the calendar of the VP of Operations, including scheduling appointments and arranging meetings.

    • Handle internal and external communications for the VP, encompassing emails, phone calls, and other correspondence.

    • Assist in preparing comprehensive reports, presentations, and other essential documentation for meetings with clients, leadership, and vendors.

    • Serve as the primary point of contact between the VP and internal teams, facilitating smooth communication and prompt follow-ups on key operational projects.

    • Track and maintain records of project progress, budgets, and other important operational metrics.

    • Support the coordination of significant projects by monitoring deadlines, deliverables, and resources.

    • Collaborate with team members and vendors to resolve issues and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

    • Oversee international and domestic travel arrangements for the VP, including accommodations and transportation.

    • Manage expenses, prepare expense reports, and assist with financial tracking as needed.

    • Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the VP and the operations team.

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred

    • Proven track record of providing high-level administrative support in a fast-paced environment

    • Proficiency in administrative procedures and office management

    • Excellent administrative skills with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively

    • Experience in supporting senior-level executives, preferably within the retail sector

    • Strong knowledge of office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software

    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

    • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines without compromising on work quality

    • Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
