    We are offering a temporary employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in New Brighton, Minnesota. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various administrative duties, including processing and managing data, coordinating with staff and volunteers, and providing customer service.


    Responsibilities:


    • Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service

    • Manage and update electronic databases and files

    • Schedule appointments and meetings, ensuring efficient coordination and communication

    • Assist in the maintenance of office supplies and equipment

    • Support the volunteer coordination in organization and events

    • Handle email correspondence professionally and promptly

    • Utilize Google Suite, Canva, and Microsoft Office Suite for various administrative tasks

    • Assist in the management of the organization's calendar

    • Provide administrative support for special projects as required

    • Collaborate with the communications director for website management tasks

    • Proficient in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Proven experience in data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
    • Ability to handle email correspondence professionally and efficiently
    • Experience in both inbound and outbound calls, maintaining a positive and proactive approach
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word is required
    • Demonstrated ability to schedule appointments, managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks
    • Familiarity with Google Suite, including Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive
    • Experience with Canva for creating engaging visual content
    • Strong data management skills, including organizing, storing, and analyzing data effectively
    • Excellent written communication skills, particularly in email communications
