Responsibilities:
• Accurately and quickly entering patient data into an EMR system.
• Managing reception desk duties, including handling internal and external phone lines.
• Registering patients in high volumes while maintaining efficiency.
• Ensuring the accurate processing and handling of patients and families in-person.
• Utilizing skills in various software such as Allscripts, Cerner Technologies, Dentrix Dental Software, Eaglesoft, and EHR SYSTEM.
• Performing billing functions and managing charts and graphs.
• Responding to and managing inbound calls.
• Maintaining a high level of customer service and patient care.
• Sitting for extended periods and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ensuring the upkeep and accuracy of patient records.
• Demonstrated ability in utilizing Cerner Technologies for healthcare management
• Experience with Dentrix Dental Software for dental practice management
• Familiarity with Eaglesoft software for dental practice operations
• Proficiency in using EHR SYSTEM for electronic health records management
• Ability to answer and respond to queries professionally and promptly
• Experience in handling and answering inbound calls efficiently
• Knowledge and experience in billing functions within a healthcare environment
• Ability to create and interpret charts and graphs for medical data analysis
• Experience in checking patients in and out of a healthcare facility
