    We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Bookkeeper in Nashville, Tennessee. This position will involve key financial operations within our team, including maintaining precise records, managing financial data, preparing reports, and offering general administrative support in a dynamic setting.

    Responsibilities:
    • Accurately record all financial transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
    • Handle accounts payable and receivable, including the processing and management of invoices, payments, and receipts, and ensuring the timely payment of bills and collection of receivables.
    • Provide necessary documentation and support during audits or internal reviews.
    • Respond to inquiries from clients or vendors related to financial matters, payments, or discrepancies.
    • Use automated accounting software and Microsoft Excel for data entry and account reconciliation.
    • Perform month-end close procedures and bank reconciliations.
    • Manage payroll operations.
    • Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping activities.
    • Entry-level candidates are welcome; no prior experience is required.
    • Proficiency in account reconciliation is needed.
    • Familiarity with Accounts Payable (AP) procedures is required.
    • Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) practices is essential.
    • Ability to perform bank reconciliations is crucial.
    • Must have bookkeeping skills.
    • Data entry skills are necessary.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is desirable.
    • Experience with month-end close procedures is a plus.
    • Familiarity with payroll processes is advantageous.
    • Proficiency in using QuickBooks is highly beneficial.
