We are looking for a detail-oriented Fulfillment Specialist (Tier II) to join our team on a contract basis in Naperville, Illinois. In this role, you will play a key part in assembling and preparing payroll packages for delivery while ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality standards. This position requires a strong commitment to security procedures and the ability to perform physical tasks with efficiency.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Assemble payroll packages according to client specifications and prepare them for delivery while meeting production deadlines.<br>• Verify package contents using checklists to ensure accurate tracking and security of all items.<br>• Follow established security and audit protocols to safeguard sensitive client information.<br>• Identify and report missing or incorrect package contents to the appropriate team for resolution.<br>• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of distribution equipment to ensure operational readiness.<br>• Organize and stage packaging supplies to maintain seamless workflow during production.<br>• Collaborate with team members to address any issues and maintain high-quality standards.<br>• Stay informed about policies and procedures to ensure compliance in all fulfillment tasks.
