Robert Half is partnering with a client in the Security industry to find a highly skilled Benefits Manager. This is an exciting contract-to-hire opportunity for professionals with 3-5 years of experience managing benefits programs. This position is 100% on-site in Naperville, IL. The role is fully on-site at the company’s Naperville office and requires an experienced professional who thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, retirement plans, and more.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations (e.g., ERISA, ACA, COBRA).
- Analyze current programs and provide recommendations for improvements or cost efficiencies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, employees, and management regarding benefit plans.
- Educate employees on benefit offerings and support the annual open enrollment process.
- Handle benefits data to ensure accuracy and maintain confidentiality.
Long Term Salary Range: $100,000 - $115,000
