    Job Description: Front Desk Coordinator

    We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Coordinator with 1-3 years of experience to be the first point of contact for our office. In this role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure a welcoming environment for visitors and staff. You will also support administrative tasks to help streamline office efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and a positive attitude.
    • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate departments.
    • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and stocked with supplies.
    • Coordinate appointments, meeting room schedules, and other office activities.
    • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
    • Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and other clerical duties as assigned.
    • Serve as a resource for general office information and assist with employee requests when needed.


    Qualifications:

    • 1-3 years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative support role.
    • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
    • Customer-service-oriented with a professional demeanor.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle confidential information with discretion.

    Preferred: Experience in a corporate setting or familiarity with scheduling and office management systems.
