    Our client, a reputable organization based in Minneapolis, is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to their dynamic and fast-paced CEO. This role requires a professional who can anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and maintain a high level of discretion while ensuring the CEO’s time and efforts are focused on strategic business objectives.     Key Responsibilities: Executive Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing correspondence, scheduling, and travel arrangements to ensure alignment with organizational priorities. (Source: US Demand for Skilled Talent Q1 2025.pdf) Calendar Management: Proactively manage and coordinate complex calendars, balancing internal and external meetings, priority deliverables, and personal commitments. Communication Management: Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and documents on behalf of the CEO. Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence with impeccable accuracy. Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, presentations, briefing materials, and follow-up items for executive meetings. Take detailed meeting notes and manage the tracking of action items. Project Management: Support special projects by conducting research, gathering data, and preparing reports or presentations. Work cross-functionally with internal teams as needed. Travel Management: Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, ensuring all logistics and itineraries are handled seamlessly. Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with board members, stakeholders, clients, and staff while representing the CEO professionally and respectfully. Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
    Required Qualifications: Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with at least 2 years supporting C-level executives. Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment is essential. Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, but a combination of relevant experience and education will be considered. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with virtual communication platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams). Experience with project management or collaboration tools is a plus. Organizational Skills: Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs and address them proactively. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to professionally interact with executives and high-profile stakeholders. Problem-Solving Ability: A high level of critical thinking, adaptability, and resourcefulness in managing complex and time-sensitive tasks. Interpersonal Skills: A =+ years of experience, detail oriented demeanor and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a collaborative environment. Availability: Flexibility to respond to business needs outside of standard working hours when necessary.
