    • Familiarity with basic computer programs, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry software.
    • Ability to manage large quantities of information and maintain organized digital or physical filing systems.
    • Ability to identify and correct data inconsistencies.
    • Skill in prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills to liaise with team members or clients if necessary.
    • Ability to handle sensitive or proprietary information with discretion and professionalism.
    • Previous experience in data entry or a similar administrative role may be required or preferred, depending on the job level.
