The successful candidate will be tasked with handling all aspects of accounts payable, including invoice processing, working with inventory, and handling month-end reconciliations.     Responsibilities:

    • Handle all aspects of accounts payable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
    • Enter invoices into the system, with precision and attention to detail
    • Match invoices with purchase orders, addressing any discrepancies
    • Work closely with inventory, ensuring all invoices are accounted for
    • Assist with check runs, ensuring all payments are made on time
    • Handle month-end reconciliations, ensuring all accounts are balanced
    • Use Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for data entry and account management
    • Implement strong technical skills to manage and reconcile accounts
    • Utilize account reconciliation skills to identify and rectify discrepancies
    • Ensure all customer credit applications are processed accurately and efficiently, and maintain accurate customer credit records.
    • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is necessary
    • Must be skilled in Accounts Payable (AP) processes
    • Experience in performing Check Runs is required
    • Must have knowledge in Coding Invoices
    • Proficient in Data Entry tasks
    • Experience in Invoice Processing is essential
    • Must have strong Microsoft Excel skills
    • Familiarity with Oracle software is preferred
    • Knowledge of QuickBooks is beneficial
    • Prior experience with SAP software is a plus.
