    We are in search of a Project Manager with strong IT and CRM experience to join our non-profit team in Richfield, Minnesota. In this role, you will be managing multiple technology-focused projects and ensuring effective communication between technical teams and business units. This position offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

    Responsibilities:
    • Oversee the replacement of legacy desk phone systems for a contact center, utilizing your familiarity with infrastructure projects
    • Coordinate and provide support for the implementation of a new EHR system, applying your problem-solving skills
    • Liaise with stakeholders to aid in the evaluation and selection of a new CRM platform to replace the existing one
    • Support the transition process of the new CRM platform, working closely with the business to assess needs and evaluate platforms
    • Manage multiple IT projects, including both software and infrastructure initiatives
    • Ensure project deadlines are met while maintaining strong collaboration and attention to detail
    • Utilize your strong communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively liaise between technical teams and business units
    • Apply your experience with Atlassian Jira, Cisco Technologies, Cloud Technologies, CRM, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, About Time, AB Testing, Agile Scrum, Budget Processes, Change Management to enhance your performance in this role.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Project Management role • Proficiency in Atlassian Jira is preferred • Familiarity with Cisco Technologies is preferred • Proficiency in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software is required • Knowledge of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is preferred • Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology is necessary
    Hourly Pay Rate: $65-70/hour W2 depending on qualifications Benefits available to contract/contract professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
