    Key Responsibilities:

    • Execute, optimize, and manage performance-driven campaigns across multiple paid media channels.
    • Analyze campaign performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to guide data-driven decisions and ongoing optimization.
    • Offer channel strategy input and recommendations that align with brand objectives and achieve media KPIs.
    • Conduct in-depth keyword research, ad copy testing, and audience targeting to drive enhanced campaign performance across platforms.
    • Engage with channel vendors to stay informed on platform best practices, new features, tests, and relevant industry benchmarks.
    • Stay informed of industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging technologies to proactively apply this knowledge to campaigns.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital marketing, analytics, creative, and sales, to ensure alignment of paid media efforts with broader marketing goals.
    • Partner with agencies and internal teams to translate creative strategies into effective media plans.
    • Prepare and present regular performance reports, highlighting trends, actionable insights, and optimization opportunities across paid media channels.
    • Establish measurable goals that drive expectations and ongoing development.


    • 3–5 years of experience in advertising media management and/or media buying, particularly in paid search, with hands-on experience in running large-scale campaigns across Google, Bing, and Meta; agency experience preferred.
    • Strong understanding of paid media best practices and industry standards.
    • Proven experience designing, implementing, and analyzing A/B testing campaigns.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
    • Preferred but not required: Google Ads and Microsoft Ads certifications.


    This is a part-time, 20 hours per week, remote role.
