As a General Office Clerk, you will be executing various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, scanning, and copying.
Responsibilities
• Performing administrative tasks including copying and scanning documents.
• Taking charge of data entry tasks to maintain accurate records.
• Organizing paperwork efficiently to streamline office operations.
• Executing general filing tasks to keep office documents up-to-date.
• Utilizing basic office skills to enhance office productivity.
• Assisting in other office tasks as required.
• Prior experience in the Real Estate - Sales & Lease industry is preferred
• Proficiency in Basic Office Skills including administrative tasks
• Experience in Filing and organization of documents is essential
• Capable of performing Data Entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
• Skilled in Scanning documents and converting them into digital formats
• Expertise in Copying documents, ensuring clarity and quality of output
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards are expected
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information is necessary
• Basic computer skills including the use of Microsoft Office Suite are important
• Must be detail-oriented and demonstrate excellent organizational skills
