• Skilled in using Citrix Technologies and Dell Technologies.
• Extensive knowledge of Firewall Technologies and Active Directory.
• Proficiency in Backup Technologies and Computer Hardware.
• Demonstrated experience in Configuration Management and Deployments.
• Capable of Basic Network Troubleshooting and Segmentation.
• Familiarity with Aruba and 365 Enterprise.
• Proficient in using Office 365, O 365, and D365.
• Experience with Patching and System Patching.
