    Robert Half is partnering with a property management industry, seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join their team. In this role, you will support the daily operations of the office, assist with administrative tasks, and ensure a smooth workflow for the property management team. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist with the daily administrative tasks, including answering and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing office calendars.
    • Handle general office duties such as filing, data entry, organizing documents, scanning, and faxing.
    • Process and organize maintenance requests, ensuring timely follow-up with tenants and maintenance teams.
    • Prepare correspondence, reports, memos, and other documents for the property management team.
    • Assist with managing tenant and client inquiries, responding to emails, and providing information about the property or services.
    • Greet visitors, residents, and contractors in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience.
    • Maintain and organize office supplies and equipment, ordering when necessary to ensure office needs are met.
    • Provide general support to the property management team, including managing appointments, meetings, and assisting with event coordination.
    • Help maintain property files, including lease agreements, tenant information, and other important documents.
    • Support with rent collection, billing, and other financial tasks as required.


    • Previous experience in an office assistant or administrative role, preferably in property management.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
    • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
    • Experience with property management software is a plus.
