    Job Summary:

    The Systems Analyst is responsible for evaluating, designing, and implementing information systems to support business operations and objectives. This role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring that technology solutions align with business needs. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to communicate effectively across departments.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
    • Evaluate existing systems and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and performance.
    • Design functional specifications and translate business requirements into system solutions.
    • Work closely with developers, architects, and QA teams to implement and test new features.
    • Create use cases, data flow diagrams, process maps, and system design documents.
    • Conduct system testing, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and troubleshoot technical issues.
    • Monitor system performance and provide ongoing support and maintenance.
    • Lead or participate in the implementation of new software applications or systems upgrades.
    • Ensure system compliance with security and data governance policies.
    • Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.


    Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
    • Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
    • Certifications: CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar certifications are a plus.


    Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in systems modeling and design tools (e.g., UML, ER diagrams, BPMN).
    • Experience with databases (SQL), APIs, and system integrations.
    • Familiarity with enterprise software platforms (ERP, CRM, SaaS solutions).
    • Working knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
    • Understanding of cybersecurity and data privacy principles.


    Soft Skills:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
    • Capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.


    Working Conditions:

    • Hybrid or onsite work depending on business needs.
    • May involve occasional travel for meetings or system implementations.
    • Requires occasional evening or weekend work during system rollouts or upgrades.
