    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the maintenance of accurate customer credit records and processing of credit applications.
    • Implement efficient and accurate financial statement development processes.
    • Provide leadership to the project accounting and financial accounting teams, driving strategic and tactical objectives.
    • Interpret and adhere to relevant laws and regulations to ensure organizational compliance.
    • Establish and upgrade control policies to ensure robust internal control measures.
    • Respond to audit queries and adjustments, providing supporting documents as required.
    • Work cross-functionally, building relationships across different teams.
    • Foster a culture of employee coaching, objective setting, and detail-oriented development.
    • Develop and implement innovative solutions to business problems, promoting out-of-the-box thinking.
    • Demonstrate a strong background in external and internal reporting.
    • Utilize exceptional analytical, quantitative, and statistical skills in all aspects of the role.
    • Master the use of Accounting Software Systems, Accounting Functions, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Billing Functions.
    • Implement and oversee WIP - Work In Progress protocols and procedures.
    • Strong proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
    • Comprehensive knowledge of diverse Accounting Functions
    • Ability to handle Accounts Payable (AP) operations efficiently
    • Expertise in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) functions
    • Proficiency in executing Billing Functions in a timely manner
    • Familiarity with WIP - Work In Progress in the construction industry
