We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Medical Data Entry Clerk in the service industry, based in Mesa, Arizona. As a Medical Data Entry Clerk, you will be tasked with data entry, working with large data sets, and the use of Excel functions like X-lookups, Pivot Tables, and VLOOKUP. In the future, you will also be trained to handle medical billing and account receivables.

Responsibilities:

• Accurate and efficient processing of large data sets
• Utilize Excel functions such as X-lookups, Pivot Tables, and VLOOKUP for data management
• Ensure accurate data entry and record keeping
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
• Train to handle medical billing and account receivables in the future

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within the service industry
• Proficiency in billing functions, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
• Demonstrated ability to use pivot tables in data analysis and reporting
• Experience in using VLOOKUP function for data retrieval and cross-referencing
• Advanced knowledge in using xlookup for complex data lookups and manipulation
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring the highest level of data accuracy
• Excellent computer literacy, particularly in database systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Proactive problem-solving skills to troubleshoot data-related issues
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with health information privacy regulations
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with team members and healthcare professionals
• High level of organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
