    We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Bookkeeper in Mesa, Arizona. This role involves a variety of accounting and financial tasks, including managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and maintaining company ledgers. As a key member of our team, you will play an integral part in ensuring financial transparency and accuracy across the organization.

    Responsibilities
    • Manage company ledgers to maintain accurate financial records.
    • Handle accounts payable and receivable to ensure all transactions are processed in a timely manner.
    • Perform bank reconciliations to verify that all transactions align with the company's financial records.
    • Assist in the month-end close process to ensure all financial data is accounted for and reported on time.
    • Manage payroll operations to ensure all employees are paid accurately and on schedule.
    • Utilize QuickBooks for financial management and reporting.
    • Perform data entry tasks related to financial transactions and records.
    • Use Microsoft Excel to create and maintain financial spreadsheets and reports.
    • Handle account reconciliation tasks to ensure accuracy and consistency in financial data.
    • Assist with the preparation and distribution of 1099s as needed.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a bookkeeping role
    • Proficient in account reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies
    • Experience with Accounts Payable (AP), managing outgoing payments and invoices
    • Expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR), overseeing incoming payments and receipts
    • Skilled in conducting bank reconciliations to ensure financial records are accurate
    • Proven track record in bookkeeping, maintaining financial records and preparing reports
    • Capable of performing data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, utilizing it for financial analysis and reporting
    • Experience in executing month-end close processes, ensuring timely completion
    • Familiarity with payroll processing, including wage calculation and tax deductions
    • Proficiency in QuickBooks, utilizing it for financial management and reporting
