    We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Office Services Associate. This role is primarily focused on providing back-office services in a dynamic environment.

    Responsibilities:
    • Efficiently process and manage reprographics copy and mail services in both physical and digital settings
    • Provide support for services in hospitality facilities, audio/visual reception, and other service lines as required
    • Uphold detail-oriented communication via phone and email, adhering to established etiquette standards
    • Maintain accurate logs for all office services work and ensure job tickets are appropriately filled out prior to beginning work
    • Prioritize workflow and execute tasks in accordance with established procedures
    • Troubleshoot basic equipment problems and place service calls when necessary
    • Interact with clients in person, over the phone, or electronically, delivering exceptional customer service
    • Handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information with discretion
    • Contribute to a team environment, interacting effectively with diverse backgrounds
    • Adhere to policies and procedures, making independent decisions that align with business needs and policy
    • Ensure the quality assurance of own and others' work, meeting deadlines and delivering all work in a timely manner.
    • Possess strong customer service skills, with a knack for handling client queries and concerns
    • Demonstrate proficiency in office functions and operations, managing day-to-day tasks efficiently
    • Ability to understand and implement office procedures and policies
    • Experience in answering inbound calls, addressing queries, and transferring calls as necessary
    • Capable of supervising a team and coordinating tasks for smooth operations
    • Familiarity with hiring processes and the ability to handle related administrative tasks
    • Skilled in scanning documents and performing other receptionist duties
    • Ability to troubleshoot minor office equipment issues, ensuring minimal downtime
    • Experience in managing facility operations, including maintenance and repair tasks
    • Must be digitally savvy, comfortable with using office software and tools
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Ability to maintain logs and records for various office activities
    • Experience in operating office machinery including photocopiers, printers, and scanners
    • Familiarity with handling paper documents, ensuring their safe storage and retrieval
    • Understanding of Quality Assurance processes, ensuring all office tasks meet set standards
    • Ability to distribute faxes to relevant departments or individuals
    • Willingness to work overtime as necessary to meet operational requirements
    • Experience in handling service calls, coordinating with vendors for office maintenance
    • Ability to handle confidential documents with utmost discretion and security
