Responsibilities:
- Handle Fund and GP ledgers, expenses, accruals, transactions, and allocations.
- Craft quarterly and yearly financial statements.
- Work with finance chiefs and external parties for audits and taxes.
- Monitor cash, manage capital calls, and handle distributions.
- Oversee Fund Admin's reports and answer queries from partners.

- 5+ years in fund accounting for venture capital or private equity.
- Accounting or related degree.
- Bonus: Experience in investment partnership accounting and tax.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setup.
