    Title: Personal Injury Paralegal
    Location: Memphis, TN
    Position Type: Full-Time
    Salary: $46,000 - $52,000 (Commensurate with Experience)
    Benefits: Excellent benefits package included
    Work Hours:
    • Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
    Job Description:
    Our Award-Winning Law Firm is seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join our esteemed team. As a Personal Injury Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting attorneys in our personal injury department. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a paralegal certificate or associate degree who are passionate about pursuing a career in law.
    Responsibilities:
    1. Assisting attorneys with all aspects of case preparation and management for personal injury cases.
    2. Conducting client interviews, gathering and analyzing relevant information, and maintaining case files.
    3. Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
    4. Conducting legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and case precedents.
    5. Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel in a professional manner.
    6. Assisting with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, witness preparation, and courtroom support.
    7. Managing deadlines and ensuring timely filing of documents with the court.
    8. Performing administrative tasks as needed to support the personal injury department.
    Qualifications:
    1. Paralegal certificate or associate degree in Paralegal Studies.
    2. Previous experience working as a paralegal, preferably in personal injury law.
    3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
    4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    5. Proficiency in legal research and document drafting.
    6. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
    7. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
    8. Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
