    The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer payments, maintaining organized records, and effectively managing outstanding balances. This role involves generating and distributing invoices, reconciling payments, resolving customer inquiries, and proactively pursuing collections on overdue accounts. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of accounting principles, contributing to the financial health and efficiency of the organization. 


    To excel in this role, candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and proficiency in accounting software's. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective interaction with customers and internal teams. A bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is preferred, though relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently are critical for success.
