    Overview

    We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Contract Human Resources (HR) Recruiters to help organizations attract, source, and hire top talent. The HR Recruiter role is ideal for professionals skilled in full-cycle recruiting, relationship building, and strategic staffing. With contract assignments, you can expand your recruiting expertise while supporting businesses in various industries to meet their critical hiring needs.

    Primary Responsibilities

    Day-to-day responsibilities can vary by organization but typically include:

    1. Talent Sourcing and Attraction
    • Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and networking to identify top candidates
    • Develop and post compelling job descriptions to attract qualified applicants while aligning with the organization's branding and hiring goals.
    1. Candidate Screening and Selection
    • Conduct phone screens, interviews, and skills assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
    • Present shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers, including recommendations based on candidate assessments and job requirements.
    1. Full-Cycle Recruitment Management
    • Manage all recruiting stages, from requisition creation and candidate sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing transparent communication and guidance throughout the process.
    1. Collaboration with Hiring Managers
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, ideal candidate profiles, and team dynamics.
    • Provide consultative advice on hiring strategies, market trends, and recruitment challenges
    1. Recruitment Reporting and Analytics
    • Maintain accurate recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and other KPIs.
    • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and identify opportunities to improve hiring efficiency.
    1. Compliance and Outreach
    • Ensure recruiting practices align with equal employment opportunity (EEO) guidelines and labor laws.
    • Engage in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to foster talent pipelines from underrepresented groups.


    Competencies & Skills

    To succeed as an HR Recruiter, candidates should possess the following:

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
    • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, Taleo, or Greenhouse.
    • Expertise in sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or Boolean search techniques.
    • An understanding of labor market trends and strategic workforce planning
    • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in high-volume or fast-paced recruiting environments.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Previous experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or recruiting coordinator.
    • Certifications such as Certified Staffing Professional (CSP), Professional in Human Resources (PHR), or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
    • Familiarity with recruiting for various industries, including technology, healthcare, finance, or professional services.
    • Experience implementing DEI recruitment strategies to build diverse teams.
