We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a dedicated HR Recruiter in the Health Insurance industry. This role is based in Monroe, Connecticut, United States and will involve full-cycle recruiting for diverse positions across different departments such as accounting, marketing, operations, administrative, and technology.
Responsibilities:
• Utilize digital resources for effective recruitment strategies
• Conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability for various roles
• Develop internal recommendations based on candidate evaluations
• Source and screen potential candidates through diverse channels and platforms
• Create and publish job advertisements to attract quality candidates
• Manage a range of administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
• Facilitate on-boarding paperwork and orientations for new hires
• Leverage skills in Corporate Recruiting, Full Cycle Recruiting, Open Enrollment, Medicaid, Workday, Spanish Language, and Customer Service for efficient recruitment.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a HR Recruiting role within the Health Insurance industry
• Proficient in Corporate Recruiting strategies and methodologies
• Experience with Full Cycle Recruiting, managing the recruiting process from job analysis to onboarding
• Knowledge of Open Enrollment procedures and regulations
• Familiarity with Medicaid policies and procedures
• Proficiency in using Workday HR management software
• Fluency in Spanish language is a plus
• Outstanding Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
