    • Track and update customer profiles, orders, or service tickets through the company's CRM or other software tools.
    • Escalate unresolved queries to supervisors or the appropriate departments for timely resolution.
    • Collaborate with team members to improve customer care processes, providing feedback to help refine workflows.
    • Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies, services, and product offerings to better assist customers.
    • Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, satisfaction ratings, and issue resolution rates.


    Desired Skills and Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
    • Prior experience in a customer service, call center, or related role is beneficial but not required.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey empathy and professionalism.
    • Comfortable working with CRM systems, email platforms, and related software.
    • Strong critical thinking skills to resolve customer concerns effectively.
    • Ability to adapt to changing procedures, policies, and customer needs.
    • Thrive in a collaborative environment while maintaining independence in your role.

    All candidates will be required to complete training in the Allentown, PA office Monday- Friday for 8-12 weeks!
