    The Executive Assistant (EA) to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is a highly proactive and detail-oriented role that ensures efficient administrative, project, and communication support within a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Key responsibilities include managing the CEO's calendar, travel, and communications; preparing materials for meetings; facilitating communications with internal and external stakeholders; and overseeing operational systems within the executive office. The EA also assists in tracking budgets, deadlines, and project progress while ensuring smooth office management, including expense reporting and document organization. Candidates require at least a bachelor’s degree and four years of relevant experience, with exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Preferred qualifications include experience working with senior executives in nonprofit or philanthropic sectors, familiarity with donor relations, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
